3998 | Zimri was born 09 September 1848 in New Castle Henry County, Indiana when his parents were 41 and 38 years old. When Zimri was less than 4 years old, his father, Benonah committed suicide. Jeremiah Presnell was appointed his legal guardian, however we find Zimri listed in the 1860 Census of Cedar Twp., Lee County, Iowa living with his uncle William Presnell's family. In Jeremiah's 30 May 1867 guardianship report to the court, it reports that he received $162.34 from the estate of Benonah Presnell, their late father. | Presnell, Zimri (I4379)
